Bitwarden, while not quite as polished, works well. If you have your own server at home you can even self-host, which I do. It's an open source server side app called Vaultwarden [ https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden ] which connects to the Bitwarden app. I think the iCloud password manager also works pretty well, provided you're using Apple products.

I use bitwarden[0]. It covers all cases and devices in question. As a bonus, I self host using the open source vaultwarden[1] server implementation, which is packaged in alpine linux. [0] https://bitwarden.com/ [1] https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden

I’ve used Vaultwarden for at lesst 7 years, I’m sure for longer but I’m not sure how long. Never had an issue with Vaultwarden itself. Restored from backups several times for a variety of reasons (migrating host, corrupt hard disk, re-installs) and that always worked first try. In regards to hardering, the wiki has a good guide: https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden/wiki/Hardening-Guide .

If you're going to the trouble of self-hosting, I'd suggest just running vaultwarden. https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden It's entirely compatible with the clients. It also removes a lot of "rug-pull" potential, and gives you the ability to access all the nice features (ex - multi-org, multi-user, shared vaults, totp, etc...) Honestly - part of the reason I like Bitwarden is that if they ever go full "enshittification", it's going to be relatively easy and straight-forward to just move entirely off their projects and onto open-source forks.
